Uny5 Evolution
Guided the architectural evolution of Uny5 — a next-generation PASS product with an AI backbone — validating our multi-agent architecture frameworks in a live enterprise context.
Focus Crystallised
Crystallised our focus: Imagine Works becomes the dedicated AI strategy and architecture practice. Digitaso handles web and digital. Inductivee handles software development. Each firm does one thing excellently.
Connectuly
Advised and enabled the launch of Connectuly — a tele-counselling platform serving Sangath and TVHA (Tibet) — demonstrating our capability across high-stakes, human-centred systems.
Distributed by Design
Adopted a hybrid working model — building the distributed, high-trust team culture that underpins how we operate today.
Product Era
Developed proprietary products (OneRetail, OneSignia) that gave us deep firsthand insight into how AI and data architecture decisions compound over time — a perspective we now bring to every client engagement.
Global Reach
Closed the first international client engagement and grew to a team of five strategic and technical advisors.
