Disclosures & Confidentiality

How we talk about client work on this site, and why. Last updated 16 April 2026.

Client confidentiality

Under our standard engagement terms and non-disclosure agreements, we do not publicly identify clients, specific deal values, or proprietary methodologies they have licensed. Case study narratives, client names, logos, and testimonial attributions on this site have been anonymised or given realistic codenames to preserve confidentiality. Sector descriptors, scale indicators (for example workforce size or regulatory footprint), engagement types, and outcome patterns reflect real engagement archetypes.

Why we do this

Confidentiality is a core obligation to our clients, particularly in regulated sectors (BFSI, pharma, healthcare, and increasingly retail and logistics) where even the fact of an AI strategy or governance engagement can be competitively sensitive. Our clients hire us because we protect this. Generic marketing that exposes who we work with, how much they pay, or the specifics of their AI architecture would be a breach of the trust that makes the advisory relationship work in the first place.

This is a professional standard in advisory practice, not an exception we make. It is the same standard observed by every serious management and strategy consultancy.

What is and isn't anonymised

  • Anonymised: Client names, logos, specific product or platform names, deal values, individual named executives attributed to testimonials, and any detail that would allow a reader to identify the client.
  • Real: Sector, approximate scale (workforce size band, regulatory footprint, geographic footprint), engagement type, the professional question we were asked to address, and the shape of the outcome.

How to verify us

We understand that anonymised case studies are not the same as hard proof, especially for buyers considering a senior engagement. If you are seriously evaluating Imagine Works, we offer the following:

  • Founder LinkedIn and published writing. See Agraj Agranayak on LinkedIn for professional history and thinking. Our Insights library demonstrates the depth and point of view we bring to engagements.
  • Direct reference calls under NDA. For serious prospects at scoping stage, we arrange one or more reference calls with current or former clients who have agreed to speak on a named basis under a mutual NDA. This is the strongest available signal, and we offer it freely to qualified buyers.
  • Speaking engagements and published material. Where public writing, speaking, or framework publication is possible (for example articles on AI governance, EU AI Act classification, or agentic systems architecture), it is catalogued in Insights with a named author.
